Happy Birthday dear Maria , I really hope that you had a happy day I'm so sorry to be late
I hope that you may be able to use this for a manipulation 
But please only use it if you want to!This was on a walk at Cradle Mountain in Tasmania. We were so amazed at the amount of lush moss amongst the trees. Certainly not what we are used to in dry, hot Perth!
I can no longer thank everyone for Faves individually, but I am very grateful

We are very lucky - we've got a bit of all.... Parched ground near the coast (mainly in the summer) but inland (especially in high areas such as Sintra - which has its own wet micro-climate) it is almost sub-tropical.... Thank you for your kind words - and actually we do live in an area that is calm and peaceful, though not over prosperous - so we tend to be living amoungst "real" people....

How wonderful. I guess if I drove south (that's colder down here don't forget!) for about 5 hours (500 kms ish) there would be something approaching lush green, but not like this!
