Description
This I done a couple of days ago, that for some reason took AGES!!
I like drawing Mermaids or should I say Mermen () for some strange reason.....maybe its 'cause I dont need to draw their legs and feet haha

But this was drawn using pen, pencil and copic markers and slight editing on photoshop.
Then I made the blue, bubbley background using photoshop as well.

As I said this took ages as I kept going over and over the shades on his skin, so it took roughly an hour and a half :S (Haha Soooo slow for something like this hehe )
Anyways I like the way it looks so yeah, enjoy
