Well...I was going to name it 'Under the sea'..but seeming as this is not Ariel from the Little Mermaid 'Under the Water' seemed more approiate haha
~This took me about 3-4 hours more or less using photo, nothing influenced me, just me making lines at first then turning it into a Mermaid hehe
~I know there are proportional problems but I like how it looks hehe, I hope you like too
~A tutorial and more about this will be on my blog soon thats if Photoshop allows me to do it, as it keeps crashing on me grr~->

I love it! This is very nice.
Some constructive criticism: I would suggest taking a quick look at a "side profile view" of a person. Like, their head turned to the side. A picture like that. The head looks like it could use a little work, but that's all! I think you're on your way to being a great artist. Better than me, definitely.
