I love B:TAS and wanted to do something fun for SDCC. I kept the costume a secret till the day of the convention, because I wasn't sure how it would turn out. Six hours of hair and makeup later, I'm quite happy with the final look!Character: Lady Two-Face

I think there was a female version of the classic Batman villian from the Elseworlds 2 part story "Catwoman: Guardian of Gotham" where Catwoman is the heroine, Batman is evil and murderer, and former supermodel Darcy Dent is the disfigured (but still kinda hawt) Two-Face! Unlike the regular Two-Face, Darcy does not rely on a coin toss to make her decisions.

This is a lot of work, and should be recognized for the labor of love it is.
And that was only about the costume.
This capture is unique because it doesn't pretend to be a moment 'Captured', it is a record of achievement. An amazing achievement of color and chaos, of beauty and the antithesis of beauty, and how the two make a powerfully alluring whole. About the light and the shadow in our own lives, and the delicate balance that makes each a necessary component to being alive.
At first you see a caricature, but look deeper and you see what was stated before; To a lesser or greater extent, this is you or I.
To a lesser or greater extent this is a solid example of how art can exemplify life and how we might live it.
