Oh yes you have to comment. I would say you are actually OBLIGUED to comment with a proper comment in this piece my friend. You might not see this, but if you were an artist that breaks his back for draw something that is worth something more than a trash comment such as yours, then perhaps you would see this different.
Its the same as expecting a thanks from somebody that has helped you, and you don't say anything.
