Not very satisfied about this one...didn‘t paint anything for too long time...In china，lots of Cthulhu fans know a joke about Hastur，the fact is，one of the oldest and greatest leader is called “黄帝”，the Yellow Emperor...so some of us just call ourself “cultist of Hastur”...
this painting is based on a old painting on silk which found in a two thousand year old tomb，some said it's about a nobleman or a wizard，riding a dragon...

Thank you,in fact I painted it because one of my friend ask me if I can create something about Hastur,I did a pencil sketch but I thought it won't be a decent one，then few days later I remember a ancient painting...I think “subconscious significance”is not in my mind when I draw it，though not sure cause subconscious usually beyond the sense...
