...finally got around to coloring this... it started from an idea a friend gave me. i didn't intend for him to look like Barrett; it just came out that way... maybe if i made him from another ethnic group, he wouldn't resemble him so much

well yeah... i mean its only natural for everyone to think it was him... my friend said to draw a guy with a gun hand and i just made up the rest as i went along. merely coincidence. either way, its not like i'm trying to make money off it, so theres no licensing issues

I'm going to have two paintings in an art show in DC (1054 31st St NW, Washington, DC ) this Friday is the opening 6PM on. Its an Erotica art show with live nude models and body-painting. Cool stuff. I'm going to try to get it off to make it down there. Gotta keep in touch with my public, y'dig.

actually, not really... i decided to make the dude black while finishing off the sketch (in fact, i had orginally intende for hime to be holding the gatling gun, but i made it his arm due to the lack of space on the paper)... i only made the realization after i had fully rendered everything... looks better than barrett i think...
