Tate & Liza (Chad & Lucy) Mossdeep City's Energetic Luchadores

Chad: "Heh heh heh... Were you surprised?"　Lucy: "Tee hee hee... Were you surprised?"
Chad: "That there are two Gym Leaders?"　　Lucy: "That there are two Gym Leaders?"
Chad: "We're twins!"　　　　　　　　　　　　　Lucy: "We're twins!"
Chad: "We don't need to talk because..."　　　Lucy: "...we can each tell..."
Chad: "...what the other is thinking... "　　　　Lucy: "...thanks to our training!"
Chad: "This combination of ours..."　　　　　　Lucy: "Can you beat it?"
Makin' me do two sprites at once is cheating... These two were tricky but mainly cause aside from the whole "psychic twin" thing there's not much to them. But luckily fighting was one I was hopping for and planned it out a bit after finding a name. Pity neither of them had a Hawlucha though... But one thing about Tate & Liza is that they have a star and moon motif on their cloths to represent Solrock and Lunatone respectively, so to that end I thought it'd be cute to design their masks like their respective Pokemon Gallade and Lucario.
The name origin is amusing, if you say them like Liza & Tate it come from the word "levitate". So for a fighting type I have the names Lucy & Chad from the word "lucha"
Dammit. Why couldn't they of been fire type. I was proud of the names Nita & Iggy.
