The Heros of FF7. Genders switched.The one of Cloud there in the middle started the whole thing, and after Tomoko drew these [link] [link] I felt I needed to finish the lineup.
While I kept the Turks [link] in their own uniforms, I changed a few of the costumes in this one. Barret needed a shirt (and looks good in the shorts as a woman), Aeris needed pants, and Tifa and Yuffie needed longer shorts, just for the sanity of everyone ^_~
This was originally 4 separate drawings. The characters we kept roughly to scale for their heights in their normal genders.
Characters belong to Square-Enix, and they have no idea how I'm mangling their property ^^,

No, they haven't ^_^ I changed the physical genders, but I tried to keep attitude the same. ^_~
I based Barret off of one of the toughest black women I've even seen ^^ She wasn't 6'4" like he is, but the shape and the posture really worked.
Yuffie looks like a j-rock boy ~laugh~ But I suppose that's what happens when you dress a 16 year old asian boy half in women's clothing ^_^

~laugh~ Vincent's not going to let a thing like breasts stop him from being tall skinny and brooding, and Cloud's just so naturally fruity, you expect a pose like that from him ^_~

Looks like Tifa is more tanned. I don't know what to say about the girls now being boys.... Yuffie seems ok as a guy, but I really don't know about Aeris and Tifa, though....
I think Barret looks great with shorts. And I personally liked Reeve and his (her) working clothes. Also like how you did Red.

I figured it was only fair, if I was turning the men into women, to turn the women into men. The problem is that, while an outfit designed for a man almost always looks just as good on a woman, women's clothes don't always look good on me, and usually make them look like women. How do you turn Aeris's dress into men's clothes?
For Tifa, I'm actually pretty happy with the compromises I made ^_^ I was almost tempted to just leave the shirt off, since I pretty much gave it to Barret, but the white midriff is just such a trademark of her outfit from the game that I couldn't ^^,
I'm glad you like the way the guys turned out as girls though ^_^ It's fun to draw someone as the opposite gender, but still try to make them look like themselves.

The one at the end next to Yuffie is Reeve, Cait Sith's controller, Shinra Directer of Urban Resorces in Midgar ^_^ He wears a blue suit in the game, but it's almost identical to the grey "every man" employees suit, so I made this one similar to the dress-suit all the women in the shinra building were wearing.
I totally put too much thought into these kinds of things ^_^

Well, now you know ^_^ You actually see Reeve when you storm the Shinra tower in Midgar at the very beginning of the game to get Aeris back. But he's not very memorable, the poor dear ^_^
