this is a fan art of an action-adventure game Ecco the Dolphin 8D
I did a little research on the game, and it turned out that one of the levels from the 1992 original game was named after Pink Floyd's song, Welcome to the Machine!
so yea, I use it also, for the deviation title

I love the Ecco series! Β I still have my Genesis/SegaCD, and to this day these games remain among the most original (albeit underappreciated) ever designed. Β This piece reminds me of one of the future levels from "Tides of Time," and you've perfectly captured that "scifi/oceansim" feel unique to the series. Β Welcome to the Machine, by the way, has some of my favorite 16-bit music of all time (and yes, I love Floyd's original as well).

This is Hanging Waters, but it's still amazing! I doesn't quite look like Hanging Waters, except for the water tubes and the Security Mark on Ecco. This is Absolutely fantastic though! I love it! Hanging Waters is my favourite level on Defender of The Future too! Challenging, yet the best! Stunning work!

You managed to capture the feeling of the "hanging waters" level. I nearly feel dizzy when I look down on the water tube Ecco is in. Or rather above at the moment.
The pose of the dolphin is also very nice, very elegant. I especially like the way you coloured him, Ecco looks like he is made of polished topaz *_*

Ah well this is Hanging waters. Welcome to the machine is this level. [link] I would check it out. ITs hard but very fun. Its on Sega gen steam and been ported to many consoles. I got it on my PS2 on Sega gen collection.
