I take photos of humming birds too, but not near as good as yours, though I do get a lot of favorites. How do you get the focus so sharp? What time of day do you shoot? Just like to know to help me learn.

Oh, I forgot to ask what was your shutter speed on your hummingbird photos? I hope you don't mind me asking. I love your gallery. I could just fave the whole thing. Really!

Well thank you so much for the compliments but I am not going to be much help to you :/ This is the only hummingbird I have ever taken pictures of. I was at the Chicago Botanic Gardens walking aroud and it flew right infront of me and over to the flowers, so I just flipped my camera to sports mode for a faster shutter speed and started taking pictures. I was lucky they turned out this good. I can look up the shutter speed if you want.
