drawen in ball point pens, and took last night to draw while watch lost..it was sooo good. What ever people may think of my art in regards of other people I draw from photos of people who have hiarfalls or real dreads i Change accesories and colours to suit my taste fore the drawing or if the picture was black and white i have to make up the colours myself.Any complaints please take them straight to DA and they will decide.
for everyone else I love to hear comments and sorry about the rant its not like me i know but Its really hurtful some times.

You are my inspiration just thought id let you know.I started doing work kinda like this a while ago,my color scheme and style is different,and i use watercolor,colored pencil and black pen.It never came to mind to use colored ball point pens,i love it and it makes the color so vibrant.Hehe well i must say you do an amazing job and i hope you keep at it. :3

I actually bought a print of this last week in Shakewells in Glasgow. I never realised before just how intricate the drawing really was. I saw them on the wall and thought they looked familiar, when I looked closer I realised it was one of yours. It's taken pride of place on my bedroom wall!

ooo yes indeed im always intrested in getting new pcktures I have a hunt for them all the time through stock and so on just for the one littlee gem that just strikes me. but if you find it id love to see it. even if it was a reqest id probly do it

If you have a very strong and striking style, as you certainly do, people just freak out about it, usually from jealousy. To be honest, I haven't seen ANYTHING on DA that I could say was truly original cause holy shit, millions of people creating art at the same time are bound to have similarities! I discovered the other day that myself and someone I watch created almost identical pieces of work with the same meaning, same colours and same title, completely indepentantly of each other. We both thought it was pretty cool, great minds think alike and all that. Anyone who freaks over stuff like that is just violently insecure and precious about the work.

yeh thats very true but also at the same time i tought the whole concept of this place was to learn from other people to get tipa and pointers and develope your work. NOT to hope that ever pieace of art youcrate has to be wildly different to be a part of it. i personally would take it as a complament if anyone wanted to try my style id love to see when it was done. Bt as you said i think this deviant was particular over presious of her style. but there not alot I can do about it apart from leave it alone now. but yeh it would be really scary to do the same art as somone else compleatly indipendent it would ean that you r would get on so wellas friends as well cause you think alike

Thats a great drawing, i thought i was a photograph of browse.
I live the vivid lines used in the hair, contrasts well with the fairly soft red/pink.

This looks really awesome. I love the colors and the expression on her face. The pens seem to work really well with the hair, especially the bangs. How big is this? How many PENS do you go through?

no probs with the questions, I use bic black pens because the blask is attually black and coloured ballpoints, just cheep one from the supermarket I dont get trought them as much as youd thick ive doen about 7-8 ballpoint A3 pictures and still there running strong..does that help you?
