He won't be stuck in the suit, nor will Elaine figure out that it's him, but a few possible ideas do come to mind: maybe he gets the idea from this event to try to sew the suit back together himself, like stitches, or maybe he can try to contact the people who made it to repair the suit for him (they might even come to him). The latter could lead to him learning more about where it came from and why it came to him, as well as forcing him to reveal his double identity to a new recurring character - someone private and able/willing to keep his secret.

I thought that the suit had essentially "fallen off the back of a truck". In other words, Kevin got it without the knowledge of the suit's legitimate owners, and they would probably either want it back or want him to pay for his "purchase".

Your opinion is reasonable and probably the most popular one. We don't know where it came from, and neither does Kevin, but I recognize that most (if not all) laws of the universe still hold true for this story - my opinion is that there's probably a physical-law-abiding explanation for it coming to him, despite neither the characters nor the audience knowing what it is yet. I wouldn't put it past Kevin to at least try to find its creator(s) even if he doesn't know where to start, and I especially wouldn't put it past the universe bringing its creator(s) to Kevin if they somehow know about the suit's condition. In any case, I'll be happy no matter how the story plays out!

If the suit was intentionally given to Kevin, then yes we could expect benevolent assistance, but if it were just the "accident" that it appeared to be on-screen, then they'd probably want something from Kevin in return for it--either more money than Kevin is likely to have (leading to "must pay off debt" plot) or by Kevin doing a task for them.
