The flow isn't very smooth (how you read it) and that's mainly because of the panelling.
Panelling, yeah I know... it's actually quite important. With the above panelling, your readers wouldn't know which way to go.
Vary your panels out, and don't aim for uniformity. If you look at most manga they tend to have slanted edges and look like a right-angled trapezium. This makes the eye travel a lot easier over the page.
Your speech bubbles and text placement also need some work.
Spread them out more, and with the last few panels, there is too much text for one page. Spread your text out over the pages. No one would want to read a wall of text in a comic.
Don't worry, they're all very common mistakes and even the best slip up.

I was decided to make this things short for using only one page, but then... I didn't realize how aweful panelling and the bubbles that I made >__<...
