Basically Subaru is telling Nove off for being impolite to Tea. Nove is surprised to hear "sister-in-law," meaning either:
a) Subaru and Tea are married.
b) Subaru thinks of herself and Tea as married.
Nove is either surprised to hear that they're married, or that Subaru is that serious about the relationship.
