I am amazed that you used copy paper and your finger to shade this piece. That was clever of you. The detailing is excellent. You are very talented, Linda.

Not so clever when you end up smearing everything else with grey smudges, but yes it's a fun technique. I think 'real' artists shudder at the thought though.

Amazing... Very nice design! The clothes are neat . I admire so much the way you draw faces. And your shading... How do you get that soft look? So nice and detailed like always, very very good job .

I find the trick to soft shading is cheap copy paper and a smooth finger for shading. Nice and easy Thanks for the compliment!

The shading is amazing and her facial expression is good. It along with her pose make her look very startled. Nice work.

I love her clothing. ^.^! can I have a set?

Serously, this is a very nice drawing. I love the background. it adds to all the motion in the cloth and her hair. She seems supriced, or confused. She's very pretty.

The only think I much sugast is to make the arms/hands not so stiff.

wow. I just love how you did her hair ^.^!!

Very good character design. Her name is nice too, sounds exotic.
Liked the clothing, her hair, and the expression in her face - she looks aprehensive, as if she was beholding a not-very-nice surprise... Hooks for writing stuff around.
See ya

Woah, EXCELENT shading. I love how the light comes from the back. It looks like the light actually comes out from the picture. Great job.

Yes, it does have a very nice weight to it. (:
The anatomy of the arms seems a bit off, but it's not that noticable.
The facial expression is great!

Watch as I behold your awesome gallery, like a mindless persitent .. commenting .. pawn.
^_^

As always, the folds in the clothing are portrayed very well, though the shading at the bottom grows a little rough.
I love this piece anyway!
(One day I will attempt to give you a sane comment with a considerable lack of emoticons. I swear)

Very nice use of value...a great sense of motion throughout the hair and the cape. It really has a nice sense of weight to it. Two
