Good day, old chaps. This is just a quick watercolor I did for figure drawing HW this week. The assignment was to do a watercolor figure in brightly colored clothing. My professor said he looked like "a hunk from the Roman Empire". XD Also, I left a few edges on some of my shadows on this one. I rather like the sense of depth it gives and it's a little less likely to give me an aneurysm than my usual "blend-the-balls-off-everything" method of shading.

Anyway, you may, but probably won't recognize this guy from this somewhat outdated picture [link] as my samurai OC, Haruka Shido, who comes from an old noble family and has epic death battles with mononoke and oni and whatnot in between smoking and looking like man-whore in drag. Haha, I don't quite know why he's half naked here (wut? It was for figure drawing... ) Perhaps he's just been ravished or something, who knows. XD For shame. Sultry bimbo...

I also wanted to post this as a good example of how my watercolor work looks for the sake of commissions, which I'm currently accepting (traditional and digital), so let's have a chat if you think you might like one. Info rite hurr --> [link]

P.S. I'm so sorry if I haven't responded to your comments lately. Schoolwork absolutely bled me dry this past week, so I've had trouble keeping up. -_-; I'll try my best to get back to you.
