People who deal superficially with Hegio usually appreciate him. While he seems intent on educating others and helping them, his lack of genuine goodwill is evident. If he offers his services, he does wish for some back and does not usually hide it. Absolutely everything can be traded.
He used to believe in elven supremacy, but that is no more - and although still thinking quite low of humans, he tends to keep his thoughts to himself.
Rumors affirm that his positions can be extreme, even by light elven standards. Funnily enough, rumors also talk about no less than seven half-elf bastards running around Alva with his blood flowing through their veins.

The man is hard-working and devoted to his ambitions and his allies. What he'd do in the name of science and for his goals' sake is still unknown, but probably has little to no limits. When struck with an idea, he's known to lock himself in his whatever innroom he's currently staying at and write for days, coming out only to get more parchments and ink, if he were to run out of it. Seems to feel contempt for most non-magic users.

A few elven generations ago, the Noster household was much bigger and stronger than it is now - filled with gifted mages and healers. But that was a few years before the wizard's birth. Hegio's father, Andrea Noster, lead an elven expedition in the West Ocean in order to study several marine beasts and what they could bring to the alchemical field of Delverne. Scouting for these new hypothetical reagents costed a lot of gold to the Noster, along with the lives of most of the members of the household. Out of the three boats, only one returned.Stories revolve around a giant beast coming from the depth of the sea and smashing the fleets. Hegio's father had wasted his family's money for nothing but the loss of some of his children and brothers, and he came back mentally scarred. The patriarch eventually killed himself after another night terror. Hegio was twenty-five years old, and his older sister became the head of the family, a torn household victim of all kind of rumors. Because of this shameful act, their power and influence in Delverne eventually declined.It took two-hundred years to rebuild only half the glory and reputation the Noster had before. Hegio had been studying magic since a young age, and although not necessarily gifted, won the support of many older scholars through years of hard work. He married the daughter of one of his teachers, a skilled mage going by the name of Selene. The both of them had four children over the span of a hundred and fifty years, three boys and a girl. Hegio and Selene had a healthy... Rivalry-oriented relationship. Both were extremely studious, and often challenging each other in battle of wits through research and spell-making. Both were at the top of their art, until a spell from Selene went wrong. No one exactly could explain how and what exactly went wrong - Selene was gifted, but fell into a deep, endless sleep. Many blame Hegio for pushing her, others think someone wanted to harm her and faked an "accident".
Four years passed since, and nothing has been found to break the spell yet. He doesn't let people other than his own children approach the mother who rests in her own room in Delverne, and doesn't speak to anyone about it unless mandatory.
8292 (2016):
- Hegio's sister recently passed and he officially became head of his house.
8293 (2017):
- Hegio's political ambitions become clearer as time passes; he is known to initiate salons within Delverne to discuss about the future of the Light Elves. Some people even whisper that he'd like to separate church and state.
- He's also begun hosting more and more promising students under his roof.
- Albeit still small, his household is beginning to ascend back to its former glory.
- Participated in the Holy War and helped Delverne annex Cantor.
- Participated in the Leywood expedition on Cantor's side undercover, on Delverne's behalf, and struck the Ley Elk. It left him emotionally scarred.
- Hegio eventually came to doubt his own motives. Growing more violent and impulsive, his own children fled the estate, and his students were sent home.
- No more salons were hosted at his estate.
8294 (2018—currently):
- The man eventually abandoned his estate and Delverne to wander. His lands, the Vidamie of Nostrademici, are currently being cared for by distant cousins during his absence.
- The man dyed his hair to avoid drawing attention. Maybe wood elf passing.
- He seems to be exclusively using his middle name, and doing mercenary work.

Additional info:
- This is Hegio when he sees cute little kittens and adorable baby animals in general .
- Selene is technically still alive, therefore Hegio is not free of marrying a new woman/looking for a new marriage contract with other noble families of Delverne.
- The Noster used to make most of their income by "exporting knowledge" in Miras.
- He absolutely loves studying languages and idioms, and contrarily to popular belief, really enjoys traveling studying other cultures.
- Has some goldsmithing talents. It's just a hobby, though.
- Hegio's mother died shortly after giving birth to him.
- People who knew Hegio before his wife's slumber often talk about him changing since that particular event. He's become much more "cynical" and "disagreeable", but nothing more.
- His oldest son is in the Miras military, and does not get along with his father. The twins are studying magic along with his only daughter, but the latter seems to be more interested in trading and everything craftsmanship-related in general.
