This is my lil' sis's pokemon trainer cecil and my own made up eeveelution Zephyreon which is a flying type.
Drawn and colored totally on my tablet with photoshop CS3.

umm..... pokemon not copyrighted to me, unfortunately otherwise the show wouldn't suck as much nowadays. but Cecil is (C) to my sister and Zephyreon is (C) to me, so nyah.
