Description Okay, so "Battle Royale" isn't a ghost story or a horror film - but you have to admit that the concept of 14-year-olds doing horrible nasty violent things to each other on a desert island isn't exactly the plot of a new Disney film. o__o Plus Mitsuko is just a psychotic slutty darling, don't you think?

I think I drew her too crookedly, and the waist of her skirt is too wide for her hips. Not sure who which boy the one she's glomp-strangling is, but he kind of looks like Nobu for some reason. :S

Fifth in my "Women of Japanese Horror" series. I'm running out of Japanese stories (Dark Water and Audition are next up), so I might do some Thai and Korean films like "A Tale of Two Sisters" and "The Eye". Couldn't hurt, right?

i just watched battle royale today, and i've got to say ...she is one heck of girl when she's with her scythe x_x;..her childhood is pretty sad too, how that dude tried to molest her x_x;..uhh. she's a pretty girl though. and uhh for nobu TT__TT..why did he have to die so early..he's like the second person who dies right?

I really like how you drew Mitsuko. She's one of my favorite and least favorite characters, if that makes sense! A very complex character though, maybe that's why Battle Royale wouldn't have been the same without her.

It's got some parallels with LotF, but it takes the whole concept to a new extreme. It's quite good, check it out if you can!

Battle Royale, one of the best movies i've seen in a while.

I was just informed there was a prequel made, and i've been searching for the sequel.

Nothing can top the first though. My heart was stolen by kiriyama.

The sequel has been regarding by many as a "car crash of a movie". Not too sure if I want to see it, but hey, if it's got Shuuya in it... XD

Maybe that Korean horror movie 'Doll Master'? Then again, the woman doll and the little girl doll are the two female villains, if you're looking fro real life women... ^_^" No problem, always a pleasure! I purchased my copy of Dollmaster from Ebay, but I've seen it in movie stores that sell Asian Films recently, so it could be as simple as going to the right store. X3 I bought it because it features BJDs (Asian Ball Joing Dolls) highly, but it's a rather creepy and engaging movie, at least I think. X3; Not the BEST, but a fun watch!
