Hi! Taking a break here from slacking off to pimp a small-press book for which I supplied this cover.It's called 'Queer Magic', and it's a collection of gay-themed twists on fairy tales and fantasy, written (mostly) by women for women. The publisher, Iris Press, has run into some financial trouble and needs to get at least 250 pre-orders on this book or it won't get printed.
Iris Press is a small-small press publisher of Western-style male-male romance, both in prose form and in comics. If that's your thing, please consider ordering a copy! They've also got some other excellent reading choices.

One day, for totally selfish reasons, I'm going to convince the publisher to make a robot and mecha sci-fi themed anthology. heheh.

Oh! I love the cover! (Ok. So now I have to shelve a couple of scritps I had on the same idea, but still, love the cover!) I'm surely going to get it as soon as I get some extra money.

That's some lovely work on the cover. I love the detail in the background and on the trees. And the fur/hair on the wolf guy is wonderful. I love the way that (in general, not just in this pic) you use unexpected colors on your shading. Like the purple on the Riding Hood guy. I wouldn't have thought of using purple there in a million years and "on paper," I wouldn't think that it would look very good...but indeed it does look very, very nice, indeed. Excellent work, as usual.
As for the book itself...Well, I'm not really into human gay stuff anymore, but if your persuasion vis a vis a robot anthology comes to fruition...Well, I could certainly get behind that.

well, i have to say right now that the shipping would be murder. Sigh! I did a picture for their calendar and don't even have a copy for myself. but i saw some of their books in singapore ( why didn't i buy it then? why???)

This is such a weird Coincidence . I've been working on a red riding hood picture too...Mines reeeally different though. Anyway awesome coloring.
