I really never know where to put these. Saniel is from a Pern based game, but he is my own character. Hmmm...oh well. This is my final project for my digital imaging class. I think it has about 35 hours in it from conceptual doodle to finish. Fun no?Im excedingly proud with how it came out. Please comment...I love knowing what people think.

I was wondering if those were firelizards! They looked so much like how I've seen them in my head and on Anne McCaffrey's cover art. I didn't know The Dragonriders of Pern series had a game based on it. Is it a good one? Which part of the world is it based on?
Great work on the art. I like the colors and the detail on the firelizards. The texture of the fence is also a nice touch. It makes it look real. The shading is great, too. Did you use Photoshop?

"Awe-struck" doesn't begin to cover it. This is wonderful work. If you ever get prints enabled, let me know, alright? My dorm wall could always use a bit more Pernese art 
And, because I can't leave without saying it, I adore the name Saniel. Typo from Daniel at one point (since the S and D keys are right next to each other), or was it fully intentional? Either way, a lovely name. How do you intend to put in the honorific? S'iel? S'el? Sa'el?

Thanks for the invite, but I have a hard enough time finding time to get on the one game I stay active on. O.o Forums tend to loose my interest very fast. I invite you to Soucon and southern weyr. We have Irene weyr as well if you dont wanna play at southern. Also a master craft hall and a couple holds as well.
