Gah, I haate it when people use sterotypes like this D:<
Alright, overweight doesn't mean ugly, or unhealthy, or lazy, etc!
Its all personal opinion, ok? But seriously. I've seen my fair share of unattractive overweight AND skinny people...
And I've seen my fair of beautiful overweight people.
But what people think what is and isn't attractive is their choice, but come on...
Saying all overweight (im using that word coz fats a bit harsh XD) people are ugly, stupid, fat etc?

And isn't it about whats on the inside as well?
And I'm having trouble wording this. I'll let the stamp speak for itself...
Yea, might change this later, I'm a bit tired...
However, I hate inflation art and overly obese art of things... its kinda weird

I'm overweight and healthy. I've been in marching band for four years and never had weight-related problems. I don't have weight related problems in general and I've even been told that a lot of my weight is in the muscles in my calves (Cus, yknow, marching band). So, no, not neccesarily.

its natural for human bodies to take in fat, and people who eat well AND excercise can still be overweight (me, for example). it doesnt meant im unheathly, it just means my body has extra fat. its part of mammal design to store excess fat. its in our damn natures.
being overly obese is different. obese and voerweight are two different things. Being overweight can have its health defects, but gerneally, its not the worst thing to be or the most unhealthiest thing.

It depends on what you would consider "overweight". If you just mean a few pounds over what you should be, then I could agree with this.
However, I do not find morbid obesity to be beautiful.

I was aware that some people are unable. I was pointing out those who have the ability, but just choose not to. I am talking about MORBIDLY OBESE types of people, not those that are known as "chubby".Β
Anyone can have a kind, loving, and compassionate attitude that can draw people to them, yes, but will mean little to some people if they turn out to be lazy and inactive couch potatoes. (I am not saying that all "overweight" people are lazy.)
I was just stating my opinion in my first comment. You can be polite and accepting (a beautiful personality), but I do not see obesity as beautiful. Neither should people use the phrase "It is on the inside that matters" as justification for being lazy.

I am overweight and believe me, I HATE how the media portrays overweight people. Overweight men in movies tend to be over 40. An overweight kid or teen will probably be the bully, and good luck finding an overweight man in his 20s or 30s. Also, they tend to make overweight male characters extremely ugly. That is why I HATE Vincent Crabbe from Harry Potter - he is so hideous and stupid. His hair is buzzed and his face looks like a blob. Their are plenty of overweight men with full heads of hair and pleasing faces. I have a full head of hair and a nice face, plus I'm very intelligent. I'm probably average-looking, but I'm far from ugly. Overweight women have it worse - they are either the butt of every joke or nonexistent. (Plus, there seem to be more overweight black actresses than overweight white actresses. This is disgusting on many levels because it implies that white women have to have perfect bodies and that black women are automatically ugly - neither of which are true.)

Well.. ugliness is subjective, just like beauty. Some find overweight people ugly, some find them pretty.. I don't think fat people are ugly, but neither I find them attractive (because of being fat)

I'm glad their are people like you around still. I've been called ugly, gross etc by some people at my old highschool and even one of my female 'friends' made fun of me for my weight. To be fair anyone can be ugly not just overweight people, I've seen some handsom or pretty overweight people just like how I see handsome or pretty skinny people ^^ Sorry if that made no sense but anywho nice stamp ^^

I have to agree with you on this. In fact my three main favorite comedians are/were overweight. John Belushi, Chris Farley and John Candy. And let's not forget Jack Black, Jack Black rocks!
And yet despite their weight they were actually quite agile. Same with Jack Black - he's pretty agile despite his weight and all.
