Description Just a quick project to see if I could rig and texture a Minecraft character/avatar in Blender (using my own custom skin). Trying to get back into a Blending mood, and since I've been playing Minecraft so much in the last few weeks I decided to turn that blocky, redstone-ey goodness into a kick-starter of sorts.

I'm happy to say this mini project went really well. I even fell back to Blender's original Render Engine (nicknamed BI - short for Blender Internal) for this project, and it's not as bad as I remember. I definitely prefer Cycles, however.

Blender 2.65a and GIMP 2.8 (I've also been working in Linux Mint 13 - haven't touched Win7 since November, I like Linux too much )

P.S. Please don't try re-creating this skin for your own use - it's supposed to be a blocky version of myself, so I'd appreciate it if there weren't half a dozen of me wandering around servers and maps Thanks for your understanding (the Blender logo doesn't count in my request, of course - I don't own it)
