A special request from my special someone who silently stalks my work and happens to like North Wind a lot. And a birthday gift as well since this is her day.

So fucking detailed! North looks like a succubus here, which looks badass considering her colours are those of purity; a nice contrast. Her razorlike mane style I find to be very fitting as well, shows how she is a tough one, definiteky not a softie. The rose petals around her and the rose in her mouth both look very detailed (but what doesn't look detailed in here?) And that deviously inviting expression.... no stallion is safe.

I'm glad you find North looking like a succubus, it was part of the whole idea behind the drawing. The seduction is even more tempting when not everything is obvious, thus the contrast you talk about fits here very well. I was tasked with this special request with only one hint as to the expected outcome, when I asked my special someone what should it look like she replied "you know what I like". And indeed I do, she loves every single thing in this drawing which is much more than just mission accomplished.
Deviously inviting expression or more like a promise of fulfilling the deepest desires, it is something I never forget and combined with the look in the eyes is enough to cause major disturbances. But no, not just any stallion, only one is not safe from those mesmerizing eyes.
Tough, she is in a way. But her complexity and instability doesn't make it easy for her. Although in this particular scene she is stable as a rock. And thanks for complimenting the details, I have been working on that flat out with deadline chasing me, exchanging sleep time for drawing time. But it was so worth it in the end.

Finally converted. Well, that happened a while ago, I have just posted one of the works though. And I might post more but rather elsewhere, we will see.
Dedication indeed. That drawing kept me busy for a long time, it's one of the reasons I wasn't able to reply decently to your messages. Now I shall have some more time for that.
