Well, Disney and LucasFilm agreed that Vader HAD to be portrayed
as being something far worse than the Inquisitors on Star Wars Rebels.
I believe they described it like this.
Β 'Ezra and his team are like 'Level 01',Β the Sith Inquisitors are 'Level 20',Β and, Darth Vader is 'LEVEL 99.'
With the Inquisitors, Kanan and Ezra COULD fight them.
But, with Darth Vader. All you CAN do is RUN, and pray he doesn't catch you.
The goal isn't to beat Vader, It's to SURVIVE him.
