Description This was my favorite scene from the 2013 Mickey Mouse series.

Not only for Alan Young voicing Scrooge McDuck again
(and, said character being in his DuckTales appearance.)

but, for the funny scene between Scrooge, and Donald.

Yeah, Donald..I know you are one of few people
who can honestly say that they have a "Rich Uncle."

but, that was the absolute worst thing you could've asked him
(next time, start small. and, just ask for $100.)

We all know Scrooge would have done that even if Donald asked for just a nickel.

Jarvis: "You don't have any other nephews, Master Scrooge."

Scrooge: "(facepalms, groans) curse me kilts..."

Scrooge McDuck is like Mr. Krabs if he were a duck.

That's true.πŸ˜„

Both Stan and Scrooge may be greedy and a tad of a hoarder but one of the good qualities about themselves is that they care about their families.

Plus, they are clever enough to not be conned.

Scrooge's philosophy in DuckTales has always been "Work SMARTER, not Harder."
and, Scrooge is also said that he didn't get rich by being careless.

As for Stan, well. Ford said it best at the very end
by stating that Stan would have seen through Bill Cipher's "Lies, and Flattery"

this makes sense, as being a conman himself.
Stan could easily tell when someone is trying to scam him.

This paid off in the end when Stan "Deceived the Deceiver"
when he tricked Bill into entering HIS mind, so Ford could erase him.

to quote Knockout from Transformers: "Try as you might..you can't Con a CON."

That was rude of Scrooge to kick his nephew and friends out of his house for asking for a million dollars. He should of just said "No".

I suppose THIS Scrooge is different from the one in DuckTales.

Yes, but NOT as 'greedy' as his nemesis on the show, Flintheart Glomgold.
who is ALSO an elderly, Scottish duck who is the Second richest behind Scrooge.

Glomgold's whole purpose in the show was to make Scrooge Β look good in comparison.
as Glomgold's greedy has no limits, and will do ANYTHING (even things that are illegal) to gain profit.

Scrooge, however, was shown to have more morals on DuckTales.
even going as far to state that wealth gained dishonestly is worthless.

and, even scolds his great-nephews for cheating people put of their own money.

It was hard to dislike Scrooge in DuckTales, as next to Glomgold,
Scrooge was almost like a Duck version of Tony Stark, or Bruce Wayne.

That line was so funny and Donald should have known ahead of time to never ask his uncle for money.

Indeed.

also, R.I.P. Alan Young.
It was great to hear his voice again on last time..

"Goofy needs a small loan of a million dollars" would've been HILARIOUS...

But still this was funny.
