FULLVIEW, PLEASE. KTHX. XD It's very off-season indeed. Who really wears a winter hat with a bikini? Paluu does. :<

Yay, new artwork. ^^ This one's, well, random. XD I was in Target last weekish and I saw this cool hat and this bikini type thing so I edited the designs of those and used them for the pic. XD I decided to give her those funky black beaded bracelets and necklace because I love the way those look.

Doing black and white is really fun, actually! XD I've never really done it before, and this was quite enjoyable. I like the turnout. Don't ask about the martini and the apple... it was just some random idea. lol. I was soooo confused about a BG for this one... this has to be one of the most unique-ish pieces I've done actually. I like how her left hand turned out, but the right one sucks. x_x And I ran out of the lighter skin tone so I had to use a darker one to shade the purple in the skin and it looks like crap but everyone's insisting that it looks "realistic". Uggh... lol I don't think it does, but if you say so~ xDD I think the boa looks realistic imho. It took forever... I cant draw fur too good.

This took about a week to finish. While doing this, my dull lavender died. I loved that color. I need a good set of Copic grays. I use them way too often so all the ones I got for my 13th b-day last year died so quickly. And that was when I didn't know how to use them. What a waste... :\ I also need some really good skin tones. I like skin tones. YR00 is too dark for me. And I used flesh for the shading which is really tan/orange. Ick. The reason why the skin looks grey is because I desaturated it quite a bit. I shouldn't have done that. It looks like utter crap now. Ah well... the original is better though. :B Don't ask why, but after finishing this I kind of want my first real nude piece to be a topless Paluu. XD I use her in almost all my designs; this has to be my best Paluu drawing so far!

MATERIALS USED: Copic Sketch markers, micron 01 black inking pen, Prismacolor white charcoal pencil, white calligraphy ink w/ pen nibs, done on bristol board. Touched up with PSP X.

EDIT: Heh, this is a really random edit, but... do you know who the kid in my avatar even is? Answer: She's Rosie, Paluu and Kashuu's 21/2 year old baby girl. XDD; I drew it a while back and made it pretty.
