Description My newest addition to the Feelings-series. This is grief, also known as agony. This is not your average bad feeling on a hard day. Grief is seen, when something ground-breaking happens; when parents have to bury their dead child, when your heart gets completely broken, when one loses their job and home ...

This makes me really sad. I am so sorry.

On this picture I dislike:
- The hair. Is awful.
- Uneven eyes. Although I am not completely symmetrical either.

I like:
- The colour. Love to purple.
- The pose. Bent head, the frown.

I love the way the frown indicates the grief, I saw it even before the tear. And I've got to say the ears are too cute The colors are great.

Nobody is completely symmetrical. I think the unevenness (is that even a word) is caused by the fact that the one is uh, *straight* ? The other one is a little slanted, like an elfquest-eye. Hey, maybe that's why she is so sad about I really like how all the different lines in her face indicate the grief. The pout of the mouth, too!

She seems to sob in silence, and I feel for her.

It is the kind of silent grief - The loud one is grief mixed with anger.

Thanks for the feedback about facial (lack of) symmetry - I needed a reminder that it is normal for ordinary people (like the feelings I've drawn on the paper) and the perfect symmetry is something that media adores.

Very good. I like the expression as well. Love the down turned gaze here and the lips. I think it hits the essence of grief very well. Not the loud desperate call but the silent painful one. Even to hard to express in any other way then just focus on the broken heart inside.

Well I have to say if you wouldn't have told I wouldn't have seen the uneven eyes .. well not right away. So it's not THAT off!

ahh no it's okay when an artist knows his weak points and I kinda like the idea to point out what you like and what not. Shows will to improve
