This is a superhero that i designed for my AP Psychology. She has like... a tumor in her brain that controls her throat muscles which makes her voice vibrate and release endorphines that puts people into a hypnotic state... or something like that. I may be completely... wrong, but we just had to make something up and that's kinda what it was. so don't judge that my logic is wrong!!
