“How on guard do you think we should be?” Benny asks as we watch the snowball fight.

“Logically, not at all. All things considered no one should have brought their dexes nor any spare balls during the festival. Fighting is considered bad luck and would be heavily fined, especially this densely packed. Pokemon abilities, sure, but only in a controlled manner. On top of that we are all wearing clothes, so no one should assume that we’re simply wild pokemon. They might think us as some of the other pokemon inhabiting the city. Also there are a lot more guards around to make sure everything goes smoothly so I highly doubt we’d see any troublemakers.”

“Considering the sheer number of pokemon out and about, I don’t even think Team Rocket would try to pull anything here, not even if they brought their full squad. Too difficult to get out and too many pokemon that would just collapse on them. Rules of engagement would probably be thrown right out of the window.”

“Getting stepped on, however, that might be a potential issue. We aren’t exactly that big and noticeable. Especially when dealing with some of the larger pokemon. So shouldn’t have to worry about fighting anyone, but definitely watch where everyone else is walking.”
