Description
This was done for an Art Thunderdome. The Topic and original title of the piece was "Welcome to the Beginning of the End". My take on this incorporated the Angel of death which in various aspects resembles "The Madonna" or Virgin Mary. The Angel of Death is also pregnant with a snake, there are seven people hanging in the top portion of the painting to represent the seven deadly sins, there is also the burning bush, the bitten apple from the garden of eden and other hidden symbolic imagery.They are constructing hell, which is the End for some people, and it represents the Beginning of this End. The Angel is welcoming you with arms wide open.

Thanks man, feels like forever ago when I did this for the thunderdome. Though I remember doing it quite well since my grandfather was passing away from Cancer during the time.
