My first ever tutorial! So please cut me a little slack if it isn't that good! :]This is based off of my "I See You" piece which can be seen here: [link]
There is also a video that goes along with this tutorial. It is just showing the visual process of what I went through. I recreated the image in 45 minutes, so it doesn't look exactly the same, but it is meant to help you get started. It can be found here: [link]

The eyes that are used are owned and copyrighted to 20th Century Fox. I do not own them, I suggest you use a different image.

This is really great!
But, I am doing mine on gimp, and I don't think there is a spot healing brush?
Do you know if there is anything I could use as an alternative to this?

i'm not too sure. the nose is almost impossable to get right. ive followed the steps and it all seems to work individually but when i put it all togather it doesnt look quite right. its probably just a practice issue but any other kinda tips would be much apreciated

Oh, I see... That is something I really can't help with personally, it's all gotta be done by the eye, and it is the part that always takes me the longest.
A lot of the time I find myself stepping away from it, or taking a break from the nose, then coming back to it with more tweaks and such.
Do you have a reference image open? That always helps me.
Find a picture that has almost the same angle as yours in the face, and try to mimic that if you can.
