Description
Sometimes, it's so difficult to think of an appropriate title.Photoshop 6.0, airbrush. For a change of pace, I did this without looking at a photo.

While this picture is not as detailed as many of your other pieces, I love her expression. I wouldn't feel quite safe in her presence, she looks like a mischief maker

Very nice!
This is visibly different from your other pieces. You have a different style here. There is a softness, and the shape of the face is more round. Or maybe it's just the perspective. I love the browns and soft tans with the scarlet. The green background adds a certain spice to the image, it really livens things up. The combination of lose brushwork the more detailed is excellent.
It is all so together.

Damn, you managed to cram a lot of personality into a single, simple image. Not only did you create a beautiful person, but you gave her life. Did you have someone in mind or did she just pop out?
Minor complaints: The left iris is a little wonky-looking; it's not round, but kind of elongated. Also, that little brush stroke extending up from her shirt and into her (beautiful!) hair in the bottom left is bugging me.
Still, . Why can't I ever run into a woman like this?

looks like it's been painted with only one warm, brown color. i like this contrast with the green background and i think you did a good job with painting her face not 100% symmetrical . assymmetry is the key to life-like portraits

Very impressive, my only criticism would be the head/neck line. It's too strong in my mind maybe spread it more as it get closer to the hair. Not that you have to shoot for realism. But everything else is blended SO well that line around her chin and cheeks falls short. Maybe even taking it back colorwise a couple steps so its not so drastic. Ach ja.. a small nitpick in still a great piece.

thats so ironic...when i looked at this without looking at the title, i thought "mmmmmmm....caramel." i love the color scheme, the eyes are very intriguing, and the green background plays of the browns very very well. another great job.

convuluted utterances of a not so sane man: the color choice is a perfect contrast to the look about her...the colors provide this warmth...this tenderness and joy...a look that envokes memories of a time spent in the autumnal sun with one you care about...but the look..the quirk of the lips..the brow shrouded gaze..the nonsquared shoulders..the free flowly hair..speaks only of a lust within her...a craving...
...perhaps for ninjas....or....fish.
