Description
Thrall, son of Durotan. To me, he is the only genuinely likeable character in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. Arthas annoyed me to no end, thus taking the fun out of both the Human and Undead campaigns, damn him. Jaina, Cairne and Grom were all kinda cool, but failed to impress me, and the Nightelves weren't half as much fun as I had expected, and I didn't really like Tyrande at all. But Thrall was cool, hence this fanart.

But I digress. This piece was actually done fairly quickly. Nevertheless, I feel I really overdid myself. It seemed to be going so well I just had to do it in one sitting, lest I'd risk losing the touch in between sessions. Part of the reason may be because I've been painting like there's no tomorrow for the past few weeks, so maybe I've actually learned stuff. The amount of detail on Thrall's armour also helped (notice how I tried to make it look a little battle-worn: a few scratches here, chipped gold(?) decoration there). The wolf is also the best animal I've ever drawn, not to mention coloured. In conclusion I'm very truly proud of this.
