Description Hey, I'd be pretty pissed off if people didn't listen to me and I'd turn out to have been right repeatedly. What makes it even more annoying, I'm sure, is that although Arthas and her father did not listen, Thrall, Furion and Tyrande did. I suppose she was born in the wrong race. Or maybe it's the outfit.

Oh, and since it's almost midnight as I submit this, this'll serve as my Happy New Year picture, even though it has nothing to do with new year, or, indeed, happiness.

If it was anyone else, I'd roll my eyes. But nope, she's entirely correct!
You just know that the expression she's wearing right now is the one they'll put on her statue.
And they'll probably include that quote!! XD

So true!

I like Jaine Proudmoore very much - one of the few humans with common sence.

^^ You got the expression perfectly. She looks totally annoyed.

Lol, god it's so funny because it's so true
Every time she said something, it was just about always right. But Arthas being the steroid-pumped prince just did pretty much as heart-of-thorns said. In other words just have sex and burn down a city. Oh yes, good times. Good times.

Yeah.. It's TOTALLY the race/outfit. x3

Jaina: "Maybe you should listen to him.. I sense a lot of power from-"
Arthas: *stares at breasts* .. Hm?! Did you say something? C'mon, let's do it while the others catch up and then get to Stratholme.

Jaina: Maybe I can reason with him.. I mean, if anyone can get through to Arthas-
Antonidas: *stares at breasts* ... Hm?! Oh yes, Arthas, bad, yes. Run along now; wouldn't want your- er- YOU getting hurt in this fight.

Jaina: *sigh* Are you staring at my breasts..? -_-
Thrall: O_o What? Er, no! I mean, I used to know this other human you kind of remind me of, but.. Orcs prefer muscular women!
Furion: ... Meh. You're average by MY race's standards..
Tyrande: *staring a bit* Hm? Oh yeah! Never mind then. ^^

(xP Hehe. Yeah, I'm a spaz..)

Why does she wear that, anyway? She looks sort of cold to me. The ensemble seems a bit drafty...

Oh, right. Fanservice. The bane of digital women everywhere. At least the Orcs are safe.

... but they're not. Their leader is an intellectual and even a gentleman. And women *like* smart men... even if he is green.

Who says her father was racist? The Orcs attacked the Alliance twice and some willingly embraced demons (the Warsong Clan). Rather unpredictable if you ask me. Not to mention Thrall kind of declared war on the Alliance when he attacked them to free his murdering brethren from the prisioner camps. So really, I'd say Draelin was in the right and was just avenging all those the Orcs butchered. And besides, when did Arthas not listen to her? All she said was "I can't bear to watch you do this." Anyways, good picture. But noone likes a pacifist.

Well, there was that time after Medivh's appearance when Jaina tried to convince Arthas to at least consider the Prophet's words. Arthas stubbornly stuck to his own plans. And when Arthas disbanded the silver hand, Jaina objected, but Arthas just snapped at her.
It is true that she said nothing about the Culling of Stratholme apart from "I can't watch you do this".

Now, I can see how all he did must've seemed like a good idea at the time, but we all know where Arthas ended up.

As for Daelin Proudmoore, I'm not saying that his actions aren't understandable, considering that he never knew the Orcs to be anything more or less than murderous savages. However, it does not change the fact that when Jaina tried to tell him that the Horde was different from before, he refused to listen. Whether he was in the right or in the wrong, his inability to let go of old hatreds led to his death.

Personally I'd say it was Jaina who caused her father's death. She refused to defend him and she told Rexxar how to defeat and kill him (the ships).

Besides, Medivh was to blame if you ask me. He had a crap argument. He didn't even show he was Medivh (I don't think anyone knew it was him) and simply said go off into another continent that you have barely heard off and abandon your lands... He barely even gives a reason. Also, I reckon if Jaina had stayed then her magic could possibly have enabled the magi to defeat Kel'Thuzard and prevent Archimonde's summoning.

But I take your point about Silver Hand. Anyway, Arthas has ended up as quite possibly the single most powerful being on the face of Azeroth. And he only lost his soul because he had to take Frostmourne, not any of the rest of it. If Jaina had stayed with him, her support may have meant that they did not even have to resort to Frostmourne (although I admit the blame still lies with Arthas).

Yes, Jaina's support probably determined the winner in that battle. But on the other hand, she would not have had to make the choice between her own father and what she perceived as right, had he not decided to fight the orcs. It is understandable that Daelin cold not see the orcs as anything but a threat, but equally understandable that Jaina wanted to avoid conflict, because the orcs, for once, were not seeking it.

I agree with you on Medivh's poor arguments, though. He could have given good reasons, but instead he chose cryptic messages that didn't really tell anyone anything. It's no wonder that Arthas and Terenas didn't consider his warnings seriously. Hell, it's possible that the only reason he was able to get the orcs to go was because their leader was able to receive visions.

Thrall and Cairne are beasts. It's just that simple. I always imagined them acting like gentlemen and escorting her around.

It's even more stupid they didn't listen to the legendary reincarnation of the most powerful wizard in existence.
