She's is an outside member of the Sohma family, so she doesn't know about the curse.

She's the same age as Hatsuharu and Momoji, and goes to their class, too!

She's very small (150cm), being shorter than Momiji and even Hiro at the end of the series.

Her seiyuu is Aguri Ōnishi , and her English voice actress is Bryn Apprill.

She lives with her mother, since her father left them.

Her mother isn't at her best psychologically... and doesn't treat Anju as well as she should.

She is learning martial arts since little at Kazuma's dojo, as well as goes to Natsuko Sato's (Miss-Mary-Grace 's OC) meditation classes to try to have her anxiety in check.

Even if she looks frail (especially for her short height) she is good at martial arts.

She knew Haru, Kyo and Kagura for that, and it's very close to Haru. She also has a good relationship with Kagura, especially after Isuzu starts living at her house.

Talking about that, Isuzu is her love interest, yes.

She witnessed with Hiro how Akito threw her out the window, and after that, she learnt from Kazuma and Natsuko about the curse.

She also knew Momiji since she works as a janitor at his father company, although she doesn't know they're related.

Due to that lack of love that he received from her mother, she tends to orbitate towards people with a motherly vibe, like Satsuki and Natsuko.

At the end of the series, she confesses her feelings for Isuzu, and they, Haru, and Renji Ameshita (HitanTenshi 's OC) start a polyamorous relationship.
