Description
This is Kartiny dancing in the glowing seeds that are floating in the air. She is a Woolyfly Dragon. Instead of using lines I used a bunch of dots for the outline of the character this time. And I used a bunch of dots to make a sparkling dress.I tend to draw a lot of hooved characters and dragons so this is a mix of the two. Based on an alpaca, dragon, and dragonfly.
