Kogame Sanya is a character I've put a lot of work into. Her Bio and basically everything about her is down below VVV

Bio:

Kogame Sanya was born to both quirkless parents on a farm, self sustaining congregation away from the average city or education system. Naturally, it's no mystery she was born into a cult against the acceptance of quirks and was nearly non-existent since the majority of the population were considered more normal for having them than not. Kogame was nearly given up for adoption after initial outrage at the nature of her birth, until the group pointed out that children who looked like they had quirks must stay until they know whether they are apart of their outdated prediction of a saviour that would work with them as a mouthpiece to the more powerful when she was grown. More a weapon than a saviour, in their interpretation.

As a toddler, her quirk manifested as her first merging with one of their hunting hounds when she had managed to sneak out of their property to look at them, as many children would. As her quirk was apparent at the resulting abomination due to her merging her cells onto the dog before changing back and crying at the confusing situation, they believed that her nature was to make them as powerful as those with quirks to finally have an equal chance of not disappearing as a congregation forever. Now she is used as a power suit by the congregation whenever it suits their want for more attention and therefore, increasing followers of the minority still left behind in their genetic normality. Her quirk increases the already existing power in each individual, which has left her as a tool to be called on when needed, which she has never failed to do for them. Sanya believes she is their mouthpiece and has only ever understood her superiors as they are the only ones she has ever had insight into when their minds come together. She has never taken control of the resulting fused being when she is called for, focusing on their power and that alone during attacks.

She chooses not to speak or eat in front of anyone but her parents when is needed. Her mouth often scared other children, so she reverted to not using it in public. Her congregation nicknamed her 'Last One' in terms of discussing villain activities in reference for her to be the only one left when they've reached their dream.
