You could say Raimei is a bit of a sore loser. She's blatantly competitive and can't stand ever being wrong or not knowing something. Often she enjoys to make fun of competition or even gloats about her good grades. However, it leaves an embarrassing air of quiet when she doesn't due to a bad test score. Her attitude doesn't match something as extreme as Bakugou, as she actually does very well at not letting people get to her so easily (excluding anything competitive of course) and doesn't only put her value in her quirk. She can have a bit of a temper, but this is more often when those she does consider her friends are insulted or threatened in her class, being 1-B.
Her quirk consists of cloud manifestation which means that she has to use intense pressure to keep them present and can begin to cause her great migraines if she tries to create too many at ones. In the worst case scenario she has suffered nosebleeds due to pressure headaches and bruising around the areas of her body she uses to create them which includes her hands, feet and her mouth.
Despite this, she actually can't use her clouds to hover or fly properly. Despite clouds looking light and fluffy, they are extremely dangerous and their high pressure fields can crush what she shoots them at like high velocity weights. Her quirk also causes her hair to change shape and colour like a constant cloud. When she's sick, it tends to turn grey or black like a storm cloud.

Raimei loves baking and has a special liking for dogs. No matter the type of dog, she adores every breed, especially big dogs as she grew up with two elderly pitbulls. Her favourite food is white chocolate cheesecake with mint ice cream on top, and she keeps a pet goldfish with her in her personal dorm room as she can't bring any other pets like Koda in 1-A. So far her greatest fear is actually Monoma. Not only because he's weird anyway, but his demeanour and quirk makes her more wary and frustrated in his presence or being forced to work with him.
