Pop-In is a 29 year old pro that hit the scene loud but keeps quieter than you might think these days.
She's emotional, and sincere, almost too much so and is quite naïve despite other pros as seasoned as she is.

Quirk: Teleportation - While this quirk might seem near unstoppable, that isn't very true for her. Her quirk only works to teleport to wherever she can see, and was born being more near sighted as her luck of the draw. Her goggles are prescription that replace her civilian glasses day to day. She also cannot teleport any living things larger than up to 4'3 ft in height. In this case she has a better record of saving children in hostage situations and does better to move inorganic materials. However, this also has a limit. At most she can teleport herself with a car, and to teleport anything at all, she must also go with it to the desired spot as she cannot transfer her quirk to be separate from her body.

Part of Pop-In's brand is her love for expression. She grew up in poverty and spends non-combative patrols trying to encourage the help of those in poverty that may contribute to petty crime as she herself was a notorious vandal until she was sixteen and had evaded even the few pros that tried to catch her until she finally got stopped by the right quirk user and was charged with damage to public property.
