Brand new character, commissioned by ~K-Blak . From the Fallout Equestria universe, apparently.

--- Biography
Sky Raider is a pegasus from one of the big sealed up cloud cities, though through a series of missteps and mistakes in dealings with a few other pegasi he's found himself trapped on the other side of the no-fly zone.

Due to his origins he's very wary of the earthbound ponies, a little on the skittish side and driven mostly by the desire to find some old-world technology valuable enough that he can give it to the next pegasus patrol he finds in exchange for them taking him back without branding him a Dashite in the process, which is why he tends to veer towards being stealthy as opposed to fighting it out or talking it over with any threats that pop up.

Despite his naturally secretive and seemingly cowardly nature he's a friendly sort if you actually get to know him, but he's not too big on making friends since he still just wants to go home.

Sky is the kind of pony who'd rather not be where the fight is.

Three iterations in total, four for the cutie mark. The pony was getting progressively uglier - charisma isn't really a high-demand stat for him, apparently. Sky's armor is based on stealth suit from Fallout New Vegas.

I have not read single bit of Fallout Equestria. And I probably won't. I don't enjoy post-apocalyptic fiction that much, mainly because I would probably die during the apocalypse myself. Or shortly after, anyway.
I have however played nearly all of the Fallout games.
