After many weeks of practice*, I think I finally got Megamind's design down... somewhat. My mom pointed out that the bridge of the nose is rather odd-looking... and that his face seems a bit sunken in the cheek area. These are things that will need to be corrected/avoided the next time around. Although this was basically a "test project" to get the design down, seeing as I eventually want to draw a Megamind composition for (and write a letter to) DreamWorks, I also had a lot of fun shading the thing, as is obvious.

As always, healthy critique is wholeheartedly appreciated!

*No, it didn't take me weeks to draw this. Ha-ha. I just practiced drawing him for weeks on end, doing anything from quick sketches to fully-fleshed compositions. Occasionally I would get the design looking... fairly close to the original, but never as close as this one (above).
