Omg, I finally uploaded this *-*
I wanted to draw this for ages now, but couldn't find a good song, nor a good angle for this scene. And finally, FINALLY, after listening to some older music on my computer, I found a song that inspired me. I think it fits this scene quite well (which was taken from 'The fourth apprentice' by the way).
To the scene: As you can see I made a little something for the fight between Jayfeather and Breezepelt at the Moonpool in the fourth Warriors-arc.^^ This was my favourite Breezepelt-scene, because this is one of the key-moments that show off how furious and devastated he really is about what happened between his father and Leafpool. I never really liked him, because he was grumpy and kind of weird and touchy sometimes... but after looking closely at how Crowfeather treated him and his mother Nightcloud, I felt like he just needed a loooong hug. He would've deserved to feel loved and cared for by both his parents, but instead his father acted like Breezepelt was his biggest mistake in life. I can't imagine what he must've felt, when he found out, that his father had kits with Leafpool - no surprise he wanted them dead. Because he thought they were the reason why Crowfeather never loved him.
Envy is a very destructive emotion... it can make you do bad things. It can eat you alive, until there's nothing good left in your heart. And that's exactly what happened to Breezepelt. Nobody's born evil, but envy and resentment made him one of the vilians. And this scene shows how far he's really willing to go to make somebody pay for his situation. He's so far gone that he'd kill his half-brother - a cat of his own blood. What the hell? Why couldn't Crowfeather be nice for once? He could've prevented his own son from becoming an evil, vengeful murderer. The only thing he had to do was being nice and caring. One job, Crowfeather. You had one. Goddamn. Job! >.<

Phew... Please excuse my ranting. I never liked Crowfeather... but after I read what became of Breezepelt because of Crowfeather's inability to just love his own son... I simply started hating that tom.
