Job at a blood donation car must be the perfect job for this blood fetishist Mizael. Every times a pretty girl visits here, he can watch the sweet scene of her blood getting sucked by a machine, and even can get paid for his works!
Workers at here are taught to act friendly to visitors for comforting them. But Mizael seems to misunderstand the meaning of "acting friendly".. his smile shows it!

Making a whity scheme in traditional media is difficult.
When needed to make a dark scheme, I could use a dark ink to paint over a paper. However whity, I need to treat it delicately because any darker colors can break it easily.
White may look plain in art, but it's not so in truth. I actually use amount of different colors to make "white", to hopefully make this picture tasteful even in whity scheme!
