*laughs* I love that Playtime's are glowing red, but my headcanon is that they're doing that on their own. Girl never did need prompting to participate in a little deconstruction, after all.

The glowing eyes is just a visual representation that Psi-Void is communicating with all of the Dark Legion members at once. Glad to hear that it worked out for you either way though. Playtime certainly has a chance to cause some damage during this event.
