You did a lovely job here... but Blogspot isn't exactly a legal, legitimate stock resource. Googling for photos is what gets many artists in legal trouble. Evo.com most likely paid models to model their clothing, which means you did in fact do some copyright infringement. There are many amazing stock artists here who offer high quality stock images. It's clear that you have talent, but make sure you don't dig a hole for yourself while looking up images.

Evo.com isn't a stock site. DeviantArt.com has TONS of FREE stock. Have you bothered to look? I have been involved with this art community for 8 years. I've seen the quality of stock resource evolve. There is even a group here called so that you can browse every artist here. You do need to follow their rules, but it's called "manners." Something you don't seem to have, even after I worded things in a helpful, positive manner. Few pictures or not, Evo.com has the copyrights to their images, not you. They paid someone to own those photos. The ability to right click does not give you the license to use.
I didn't berate you or call you a thief. I'm a graphic designer who has studied many copyright cases because it's part of my bachelor of science. If you're going to exist in the world of art, I suggest you study copyright laws as well. If you don't, you could go to jail or pay a few thousand in cash you don't have.

Sorry, but according to the laws of copyright if an artist takes a part of a literary or visual work and changes in the details in more of 30%-40% (even more of 20%), it is legally a derivative work.
Sorry, but so is the law of copyrigth.

The community on DA has a certain set of unspoken rules that are to respect artists. As for copyright laws, you still have to ask for permission. Google isn't a stock resource. Just because you've twisted the ideas to fit your concept of what theft is doesn't make it correct or moral. A -real- artist works hard to respect fellow artists.
Evo.com is NOT a stock resource, and shouldn't be used as such. Many websites out there actually forbid people to save the photos and use them in other work. Stock Exchange actually said, word for word, that they do not allow derivative material to be produced from their photos. It isn't a matter of copyright, but a matter of "You're breaking the law, period." That means even .05% is still illegal.

I'm also the graphic design for 13 years ago. While this seems the photographers went badly wrong with fuzzy points, I know deviantart stock photos ....... I can not download here ... I have very difficult problem of the doubt. Thanks!

What problem do you have with the stock here? If you can download off another site, you can download here as well. It sounds more like you'd rather not comply with their rules.
