Description
First download the lastest MMD (MikuMikuDance) Version Heres the download. [link]Don't know what MMD is. It's a free animation Download for anyone to use their is a English version for english users I use it since I speak english if you need any help here are some MMD Tutorials That were found off Youtube.

For the PMD Editor I used I dunno where I download it but I will find it and give you the download once I do. PMD Editor is a well a editor for making your own characters or editing a character that has been created. There are a lot of tutorials on Youtube. if you need any help plez look them up on Youtube.
After you download MMD You will see something called load, click it it should take you to your model database (note: If you just got MMD it will take you to the MMD standard model Database with models called Vocaloids
What is a Vocaloid?
A Vocaloid is a singing synthesizer application software developed by the Yamaha Corporation that enables users to synthesize singing by typing in lyrics and melody. Hatsune Miku or Miku hatsune was one of the first Vocaloid created in Japan.

When I go to open the file, it doesn't list the file at all..? Like, I downloaded a bunch of models and opened them and stuff. They show up in my libraries, but when I go to open them in MMD, it doesn't even pop up as an option?

I have this weird problem. I just downloaded a bunch of Touhou models. I use MMDAI2 (I have a Mac.) and I tried to open the Cirno one. (It's listed on my computer as "Cirno.pmd".) MMDAI2 then gave me a description box thing with some stuff in Japanese. I clicked "OK" and then MMDAI2 quit on me!! I don't know how to fix this, but it took me forever to find the models I downloaded and I really don't feel like looking for ones that give me a description in English if that's the problem. (If that IS the problem, then I really hope someone will teach me how to edit the description to please MMDAI2 and let me open it and do stuff.)

Hi! Can you help me a little bit?
I am very much a newbie to MikuMikuDance, but I have some problem with the model loading. When I want to open a model the program says it can't be opened because the filename is in Japanese (Even thought the name is still English...) Can you tell me what to do?
I have Ubuntu 12.8 and I use Wine to run mmd, if that has to do anything with it.

I was wondering how can I load my models of Crisis Core final fantasy VII models on MMD and I saw an awesome MMD AR Player app for iPhone also added to my wishlist

here's a question. My model is done and looks absolutely fabulous, but when I load her in MMD, her textures and her shirt and body won't load. All her textures are in a folder with her (sub-folder of the model folder). What should I do? It loads just fine in PMDe. Should I put everything in the original model folder (if I do that, that could make it confusing as soon as I make more models...)?

I downloaded different models to use, but all of them come with random pictures and no direct .pmd file.
Am I missing a step?
