Eva foam bracers tutorial

*sorry for my english if any errors*

  • Use plastic wrap to cover the area you want to take out the pattern from.
  • Then cover it with tape.
  • Cut it and paste the pattern to paper. (I always add a bit extra in the sides in this case added left, right and bot about 1inch to 1 1/2)
  • Paste them to Eva foam and cut it.
  • Add details with foamy (borders) and glue everything.
  • The small cut you see in the back its because that way I can Fit my fist with no problem.
  • Cover it with wood glue.
  • Now with plasti-dip.
  • Paint it and after it dries put a layer of modge podge.

    soo sorry for super late replay omg! haven't logged in in a while! the borders are regular craft foam and the eva foam if im not mistaken it was 3/8Β

    I have such a big question!! How did you do to close the bracers? I'm making a cosplay with bracers but i don't know how to close them :C

    hello there! sorry for the super late reply >.< but i just glue them if they are eva foam and make a cut at the start so my can go thru if is craft foam i use zipper

    Hi Mohrgan, why do you use wood glue before plastidip? (pourquo utilizer "wood glue" avant de "plastidip?

    also, do you mix modge pogde with water? (mix modge podge avex l'eau?)

    woodglue its stronger than modge podge cuz its probond and i dont mix MP with waterΒ
