        Head Gear
3 parts, a visor, goggles, and a gas mask-like cover.  Eyewear contains HUD display, has zoom, and links to weaponry for aiming.  Mask has minor air filtration (mostly for dust, does not block Pokémon moves).
        Headset
Built-in comm-link, noise detection and deafens explosions.

Harmonics | Vibration Edge A weaponized instrument key-tar designed to channel wave-like, mid-ranged attacks.  Coda can charge the key-tar by sliding his hand across the surface, and swing the weapon to send out the attack or use it in melee. This weapon is not an actual blade and has no edge.  [Highly versatile, AoE, mid-ranged]       Fidelity | Railgun Sniper RifleA custom made rail gun scout sniper rifle.  It fires high velocity needles laced with electricity and can fire successive shots, though rapid fire requires it to cool briefly or otherwise risk overheating.  Its rail gun function is used to channel concentrated attacks from long range. [Long range, high power, focused       Twin Strikes / Carillon | Duel pistols /Impact boots [Fusion]
[Dual energy pistols] Charge shot pistols, ammunition fires concentrated bolts of energy and can rapid fire for a brief period, but will require cool down.  Grips contain charge pads through which attacks can be channeled. [High fire rate, evasive stance, mid-ranged]

[Impact boots] Weaponized version of the gravity accents, sporting two nodes (each forming a hardlight disc) by the ankles gravitated by electro magnetism.  Hits by the discs deal impact damage (think gravity hammer from Halo).  Has utility use in terrain travel and enhances the gravity accents' power. [High mobility, close combat, utility]
▸ COMBAT_^ PRIMARY
-Employs high speed and quick attack rate.
-Often keeps his distance and supports his teammates from afar using long-ranged attacks or support moves and gives cover fire for his allies.
-Will usually scout around and be constantly on the move or in concealment to avoid attention.
-When given the opportunity, will utilize railgun equipment to deliver heavy damage.

= SECONDARY
-If left alone or cannot break away from an opponent, will switch to weaponry better suited for solo fights or mid to close ranged combat.
-Utilizes high speed to keep distances or to get in attacks.
-Will often try to evade his opponent as much as possible.

- WEAKNESSES
-Relatively low defenses

Wes (born under a different name) lived his life in the harsh underground of Nocturne City.  An orphan from a young age, he had few memories his parents, any of which were faded and unclear.  He was taken under the care of a close friend of his father’s, a man named Mutoh, who cared for him as a favor to his father (and whom he affectionately called uncle).  They resided in a lower end of the canyon, the poorer outskirts of the city, where street gangs and smaller groups ran the shady operations that eventually cycled to the heart of the underground deep under the city. Mutoh did whatever he could to keep them safe and alive, hoping someday to remove themselves from the dark shadow of the city.

As he grew older, Wes soon learned the ins and outs and took up various jobs to earn a living, dabbling largely in tech storages and support.  Despite Mutoh’s warnings, he began to look deeper and deeper in the gang operations and began offering services to earn more money for his uncle.  At age 15, Wes was offered a move into the city from a street gang, one he’d assisted more times than his regular jobs by that point.  After contemplating for a long time, he finally decided to leave for the city, with hopes of eventually helping his uncle.  He left telling Mutoh he was offered an opportunity in the city and would send money.  He abandoned his real name to prevent his uncle from following him, assuming his current identity as Wesleyan Colasanti.

Coming into Nocturne City, there was a sense of intimidation having left his quiet home in the outskirts, but there was no time to be given a guide of the city, and Wes was put straight to work with the gang.  For a short time, he would handle upper street errands and gather intel accordingly, providing useful information as needed.  However, his early time in the city didn’t last long with the gang.

During one job assigned to him, Wes was tasked with ensuring the security of a smuggle operation by any means, prevent the rival gangs from sabotaging their cargo.  When he arrived at the location however, he was met with a brutal sight.  There was a multitude of containers containing Pokémon, all broken and battered from the harsh conditions.  He witnessed bringing in the new arrival: A Jolteon, one whose determination to escape forced it into a solitary container.   Wes felt drawn to the Pokemon, its defiance to its situation and tenacious spirit.  He decided he’d free the caged Pokémon, but as he just managed to break open the lock for the Jolteon, the gang members caught the act and they were forced to escape the warehouse alone.  Afterwards, Wes left the street gangs and proceeded to live on his own, keeping the Jolteon whom he’d named Noble.

Sometime after cutting ties with the street gangs, Wes began to partake in underground fight rings, whether between people or Pokémon, to begin earning some money before he climbed his way up to an illegal but widely popular fight arena.  Much like a gladiator fight, the trainer and their Pokémon battle as a pair against their opponent pair.  While there no limitations in who could join, the first weeks were disappointing losses and accumulating wounds, and Wes barely managed to get by in the first month, though any of his earnings were sent to his uncle when he could afford to.

Wes never gave up in the ring, however.  He persevered and built his fighting skills through experience and losses, becoming a regular fighter and one who brought in favor from the crowd and earned good money.  He continued some intel work for others and did minor work as a hired hand.

Sometime after his fights he met Cross, a cheery yet strange women on the streets.  Though he’d never willingly made friendships, he found she became his close companion after several random encounters in alleyways and after fights.  It eventually became a mutual relationship between the two; they’d look out for each other, and help as needed.  In the short time they spent together, Wes hadn’t exactly realized how alone he was (his only companion by then was Noble) and soon found himself thankful for her presence.

This crazy but pleasant time only lasted a few short years, however.  Aiming to hide Cross from the searching eyes of her father, Wes was nearly killed in a torturous interrogation before he was saved by his friend.  But the events led to Cross’ decision to break ties, leaving him once again alone.

This left him rather despondent, having lost a close companion, and sullenly returned to his life as it was before ever meeting her.  The events of the torture haunted him greatly, and though he never blamed Cross for the incident, it closed off his willingness to mingle with others openly.

During one of his underground fights, the military had pinpointed and intercepted the gathering and arrested many of the spectators and participants, including Wes and Noble.  But before they were to receive a punishment and sentence, a familiar face came up to them: Cross.  She offered him a chance to avoid punishment by serving the military as rehabilitation of his criminal records, an offer which he reluctantly accepted.

Now, Wes stands next to his general as an officer of Yovern, fighting for a hope to end this war.

And for a chance for his freedom from all this.
